Adam S. Kutner was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on February 15, 1966. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. degree in 1988. With hard work, perseverance, and dedication to the justice system, he earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami, Coral Gables. He was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada on September 30, 1991, and began practicing law in Las Vegas soon after.

Interestingly, Mr. Kutner’s legal journey did not begin in personal injury law. He started as a defense lawyer for insurance companies, which gave him valuable insight into how these companies operated and how the insurance adjusters treated accident victims. He quickly realized he wanted to help injury victims who were pressured to accept less than their claims were worth and suffered the consequences of an accident that was not their fault. 

With his unique background as an insurance defense attorney, he is able to fight for his clients in a way no other Las Vegas injury lawyer can. He uses his experience to negotiate fair settlements for his clients, knowing the tactics and strategies the insurance companies use to minimize a claimant’s losses. In 1992, Mr. Kutner established the offices of Adam S. Kutner, Injury Attorneys, to help accident victims in Las Vegas get the compensation they deserve.
